Think about how water moves. It doesn’t insist on a straight line, or even the easiest route. It moves over, through and around what’s already there — working with what is, not what we imagine, wish, or suppose.
Pilamaya trainings are a little like that.
So whether you’re considering a transpersonal yoga therapy module, training with us to become an Integration Psychotherapist, or joining a CPD course: yes, there is structure — but the real training is always happening in the room.
If you’re looking for a training that simply delivers content, Pilamaya is probably not for you. But if you can feel what it might mean to be held by a strong structure and shaped by what’s present — so you can hold a safe, skilled space for others — then you’re in the right place.
It’s really quite simple:
The structure holds you.
The “now” teaches you.
We train in real time, with what’s alive in the group: nervous systems, relational dynamics, questions, resistance, readiness — the real material.

A tiny drop of water sends out widening ripples — perfectly formed, endlessly influential. That’s how this work moves: outwards, through nervous systems, relationships, homes, and lives.
And yes — our trainings also meet the accreditation standards required for those going on to practise professionally.
April 2026 — Self-Directed Transpersonal Yoga Therapy (5 modules)
· Module 1: EMERGE — available end of March
· Format: self-directed + optional 1:1 reflective check-in at the end of each module
· Cost: £300 (module only) | £450 (module + 1:1 with Shaura)
March 2026–2028 — Integration Psychotherapy Diploma (Level 5)

October 2026 — Psychedelics Assisted Integration Psychotherapy (CPD)
A CPD training exploring psychedelic-assisted work and integration — including how mind, energy, and inner wisdom shape the journey, and how to support clients safely and ethically.
